Presta tubes can be used with Slime.

Some people make little holes and then patch the hole. I'm not too fond of that.

You can take a file, and then file of the lip of the thread on the valve. Unscrew the lock nut. Push the vale into the tube MAKING SURE THAT YOU CATCH THE VALVE ON THE INSIDE and hold the valve. Insert slime, push the valve back in, screw the lock nut back on and then take a plier and squeeze the top of the threads of the valve, to mar them and stop the valve from unscrewing all the way.
