obviously from a buyers point of view, the supplier that includes transport gets the sale

The buyer pays for postage and eft's the postage amount to you + price of goods.

Counter to counter cheapest option as long as its under 1.5 kg and not in a box. I put a helmet once in its box and post office wanted over R200 based on size of box and not weight. Took out of box into Speed services bag and cost went down to 60 Rondt. Just use bubble wrap for delicate stuff.
