Scott Scale 940 vs. Titan Carbon 29r Race

I need advice from the experts here on which bike between the two.

Please let me know if I need to post Specs of the 2 bikes if you need it.

 

I'm buying a bike within the next month and need to make a decision.

I can get both for around R18 000 give or take.
