Another thought.. Sinus's get them checked out especially has you are doing intense training on a trainer. They can cause extreme headaches...

low blood pressure also causes headaches, although normally in combination with being light headed especially when standing up to quickly.

For me headaches are normally one of 5 things, low blood pressure, sinus, dehydration, heat or pms.

Not trying to be funny,but did you change your helmet perhaps?

Happened to me when I changed to Giro and tightened to what I thought was the same fit as my old Met.

After a while moved pads,etc and went away

Thats a chuckle scotty, 3 weeks off cos he is "thinking too much" I need to visit this guy, I recon I should get about a year vacation.

For me post-ride headaches are caused by two things:

1. The season's first long rides, when its accompanied by neck tension

2. The season's first hot rides, probably as a result of dehydration.

And of course 1 and 2 often happen in combination. As I get fitter/acclimatised the headaches stop occuring.
