I am sure you guys could give me some good advice. I'm currently looking at getting onto a bike again, but its been a long time since I've owned my one so I need to get one ... What bikes would you guys recommend for a budget of about R5k, no more than 6?

 

I have seen a few bikes but I am unsure of what to get.
