I was wondering when the manufacturers were going to pressure the UCI to change regulations. They are not going to put such alot of R&D for no reason. It seems as if SRAM is playing it safe by upgrading the rim calipers to hydraulic in case the disc brakes don't materialise under regulations. Sub 1300g for aluminium wheels and a clincher as well are impressive. The price at just over 20K locally is not bad in comparison to other more exotic Lightweight ( cough, cough) brands.
