Better uses for dope testing money

With all the money being currently spent catching out weekend warriors for doping I think the hub could come up with better ways of spending this money. Testing a bunch of mid pack riders at R5k a pop is rather pointless.

 

I could think of some more road fun rides in the western cape. Some sponsorship for that kid on the hub that got selected for SA squad but CSA has no money apparently.

 

Surely better uses of this money?

Will only fall onto deaf ears but my vote goes towards road safety and awareness. Something like the pedestrian warning road signs.
