any hubbers in legal fraternity

Any hubbers here who are lawyers/adv or attorn, i want to know how legal a word document is whether it will stand in court .... it looks like we going there in future..

it's not a simple question to answer as there are different views on the matter especially if when it comes to prove the authenticity of the document, e.g. a secured pdf document will be better evidence than a word doc.
