My main goal is to run the marathon in under 4 hours.

 

The Garf is getting there. Going to be a tough last lap...

Tough to see Jodie Swallow putting all out there only to passed with 5km to go.

 

What a swim: out 3rd overall in pack with leading men.

 

Then a bike putting her 8 min ahead.

 

Only to be passed on 37km...

 

I'd crack completely.

My gold medal time will be anything between 14 & 15.

Main aim is to finish.

We're proud of Raynard, returning to IRONMAN to take part for IRONMAN 4 The Kidz, he came home a small while back in 13:14:37 and they've raised more than R1,5 million for the charity!
