So, after my last really muddy ride my chain started jumping around all over the cassette. Fine, thats what mountain biking is all about.

Anyway, bike washed, gleaming, I've adjusted the rear derailleur and its perfect. Chrisp shifts, no jumping, heck its way better than just after visiting the LBS. EXCEPT....... it takes 2 shifts to get to the second ring on the cassette. Do I need more or less tension on the cable?

BTW its a Shimano LX Rapid Rise rear derailleur.
