Mine is pretty worn after years of use and abuse, but I have a set of replacement grips.

How difficult is it to replace the rubbers yourself? I had a look on the SRAM website, not much help, as the instructions is fairly nondescript.

Who has done this before and can help out?

After looking at the not so detailed Youtube clip, I tackled the job on Saturday. Really easy, took me longer to remove the grips and twistgrips, than it took me to replace the rubber grips.( spring and "ratchet" included).

If it took me ten minutes in total, it was long. Now my faithfull twisties is as good as new again.
