Wannabe Posted May 30, 2013 Posted May 30, 2013 Mine is pretty worn after years of use and abuse, but I have a set of replacement grips.How difficult is it to replace the rubbers yourself? I had a look on the SRAM website, not much help, as the instructions is fairly nondescript.Who has done this before and can help out?
Wannabe Posted June 3, 2013 Author Posted June 3, 2013 (edited) After looking at the not so detailed Youtube clip, I tackled the job on Saturday. Really easy, took me longer to remove the grips and twistgrips, than it took me to replace the rubber grips.( spring and "ratchet" included).If it took me ten minutes in total, it was long.
