How do I fix noisy wheels?

I spoke to a wheel builder, he basically said that these wheels are not strong enough... oh no

 

I kinda thought the same... thinking of selling and buying something else.... ?

I'm not close to the weight limit but have ridden mine from Sabie to Attakwas and everywhere in between without any problems. Still best bang for your buck unless you're > 95kgs.
