Stellenbosch & Surrounds - Where to ride?

What trails are the best to ride in the area? I would like to visit two places, Sat & Sun. All suggestions welcome. I might have an inexperienced rider with me, so something for a beginner as well.

 

I know of either, Jonkershoek & Eden.

get hold of Karate Monkey. He schlepps everything ridable on that side of the world.

Jonkers its the best you can also do stellenbosch berg (pipe track) and botmanskop also very popular but jonkershoek offers a whole days of riding. Try toe get to the saalkie ask the oak at the gate he will tell you where to go!
