Talking about nyom nyom, what is it you are so looking forward to this weekend?

May I say shyly that it is because I can ride my bike this weekend.... ? Nursing a neck issue and still having a headache for 10 days is no joke..... so have resorted to much meds and hopelessly excited to get out on the trails?

 

PS.. do you really sometimes wanna kill your dogs? PLease call me before the urge happens again? I will rescue them....

Believe it or not... tying my hair up before a cycle 2 weeks ago... felt it go and neck pulled all spastic.. but I went to ride anyway.... needless to say it was teh worst thing and neck locked up pretty bad... still got shoulder/neck muscles that feel like guitar strings hence the headache... do you know how much pain a physio can exert on you? I suppose doing a night ride in this state was not wise?

 

What dogs are up for adoption? I wish I could take on more but I simply cant at the moment.....?

 

Full time adopt or temp adoption?

I am sure if you post on a certain cycling I know of... you may get a good response as I am under the impression that guys n gals who ride bikes are also huge animal lovers and will help you in getting them homes?

Did you know that you should take salt and vinegar chips, coke and biltong to munch on after the op?

How much space do you have in your freezer for ice lollies? Perhaps you are going to need a lot?

Did you know that for pain you should crush ice, pour some fruit juice concentrate over it and enjoy?

Are you aware of the fact that the first week is the worst and that you should eat as much coarse/unrefined/raw veggies and foods as you can handle? Also that your throat will be sore for two weeks?
