Check on strava... There is a top 10 or 20 that you can measure yourself to

Lap is 4.2km.

 

10 laps of making your eyes bleed followed by two laps of running and you shall have had an incredible mid week brick session.

I go often, pretty boarding but it beats getting ridden over by a taxi.

 

Go with a partner and you'll have a blast.

I was thinking the same thing... If you guys wanna get a group together, I'll definitely form part thereof. I work in Midrand, so i guess if i leave work around 4pm... i'll get there in about 20min or so

my shedule is a bit irregular but i will be able to do most evenings when it starts to get darker later.should be able to make it to the track by 16:20.

I agree, you need to go with someone else, or in a group.

Does anybody ride there during the week afternoons? I've only always seen guys pulling in there with their bikes and ride around the track.

Its very deceiving, trying to do 10 laps is only 42k but it is tough going if you push it.

i had a look on the website and times for today and for the rest of the week only start at 17:15? Why not around 16:30 ish as before?

They have events during the day, they need to clear the track first, go maybe you get to see some race practicing.

I'd rather have a look at the times for next week then. Although i love motorsport and would enjoy a free show, i would like to get a full afternoon of cycling before it turns dark
