I only sent a fs frame. Boxed in a tv box. So it weighed about 5kg and was half the size of a bike box. At work we use saa cargo all the time when the factory leaves a little piece out of the truckload for jhb and we only realise the day before handover. But flying superwood shopfitting items around gets very expensive!

Aaah, Okay, that makes sense, - but agree you really need to do your costing well when flying stuff, the costs mount up almost as fast as Froome goes up mountains. :D
