Has anyone done this event/ride before looks like lots of fun.

Thinking of doing it with the wife how many KM's do they cover as she has just started riding a bike ?

 

would like some feedback I know its for a great cause

Hi, if you understand the reason behind TdJ, it's like a CM ride around the JHB city organised by Shayne (1 of the COWs) so people get to see things they've never seen or experienced before.

 

The "Jozi Code" is a twist on TdJ (if that makes sence), catch is you need to trace down the clues, you could choose a long route vs shorter so i think an exact distance will be difficult (as you could get lost). I've sent Shayne a msg to find out distance.

 

My brother just told me, expect around 15km minimum with a max of i'm guessing 20km. Plan is to give out "boundary roads" so if you cross that, you're going beyond where you need to be so come back in.

 

Either way, if you not racing, it's like Orienteering in the City with famous/known locations that we take for granted quite often, kewl concept
