I tried their Gel and Recover Bar.....did some research and came across a piece where they compared Pacific Health's Gel to GU and results showed an increase of 13% on endurance and 50% reduced damage on muscle post workout, main reason being that it is not a carb only Gel but protein based as well. It is backed by Dave Scott (6 time Ironman World Champ) and Leanda Cave World Champ Ironman Women's. http://www.pacifichealthlabs.com/ I have been on BRL's EPO Boost for almost 3 weeks now tell you what, compared to some other VO2 products, this actually works, it has Echinacea in it, which based on research is the main and key ingredient that boosts EPO and VO2 levels, none of the other products had this, which does not surprise me at all given the turn of events over the past few months..... http://brlsports.com/ I know there are lots of products out there but it really is great to see some of the premium endurance brands coming to SA..... Werner Al Posted July 24, 2013 Author Posted July 24, 2013 It doesn't make sense that you cannot delete an old post anyway, honestly did mean to create spam at all and if I just knew how I would rectify. As for involvement, not sure what their plans are but certainly like to get involved in future once they established in SA, are you familiar with them?
