SR Suntour XCR 011 Series

I have a SR Suntour XCR 011 Series fork with remote lockout, seen below.

 

 

The lockout casette has jammed in the locked out position, it does have a bit of rust which may have caused this. I have tried spraying lube on it, and I have removed the casette from the fork, but being a sealed unit there doesn't seem to be much I can do.

 

I have 2 questions:

1. has anyone had this, and resolved it?

2. where can I buy SR Suntour spares from?
