Definitely agree that these ads are counter productive and it's something we're clamping down on. Many of these ads sneak through via Google Adsense.

 

Google's advertising network is very open and although we can and do block specific categories of advertising, ads like these can filter through and have to be blocked individually.

 

If any are spotted I'd greatly appreciate an email or PM with a screenshot or just the advertiser name.
