Mojoman Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 (edited) Just back from a ride and I have noticed that the last 3 rings in my cassette seem to be loose on the freehub body. Is this normal? It rattles and its driving me nuts! Bike is new with about 300km on it now. Edited September 23, 2013 by Mojoman
Mojoman Posted September 23, 2013 Author Posted September 23, 2013 I tried my old Deore cassette and it seems a lot tighter on the splines of the freehub body whereas the HG81 has quite a bit of play in it.

Mojoman Posted September 23, 2013 Author Posted September 23, 2013 Problem solved. There is a very, very thin washer that goes on the locknut, I had left this off!
