MSL Posted October 29, 2013 Share Very happy with Polar's service. My wife took my speed sensor in yesterday as I thought the battery needed replacing. They tested it and found that the signal was very weak. Asked how long I've had it (since May 2012) and replaced the whole unit free of charge as they are "meant to last much longer".
