Rave for Polar

The details are not relevant, but I'd like to compliment Travis at Polar on his exceptional service.

From problem reported to problem solved in 36hrs, including postal delivery.

And it's not the first time I've had outstanding service from them.


How to make friends and keep customers.

Very happy with Polar's service.


My wife took my speed sensor in yesterday as I thought the battery needed replacing. They tested it and found that the signal was very weak. Asked how long I've had it (since May 2012) and replaced the whole unit free of charge as they are "meant to last much longer". :thumbup:
