Thank you to the four fellow riders on the spruit today who helped me after I hit a rock and went arse over tit

 

Thank you for putting my chain back on the rings and waiting until I was good enough to carry on riding

 

I'm sorry for the stupid noises I was making when I was winded. I tried to apologise for the stupid noises but only more stupid noises came out

 

To those four guys I hope you have an awesome weekend!!
