The meeting has been cancelled as per the latest communication received from BCC today.

 

Dear Members,

 

The club has received correspondence that the Public Participation Meeting scheduled to take place this Wednesday 17th August has been CANCELLED. Please could you assist us by spreading the word.

Yep - slightly amended

 

4 hours from 16h00 to 20h00

 

The idea is to start and finish earlier to encourage both competitors and families to stay and enjoy the food and music later into the night. It will also encourage those without lights to ride the first 2.5 hours of the event.

 

We are also incorporating a kiddies walk into the forest for a "scary" trick or treat experience.

 

The whole event will carry the Halloween theme

HERE WE GO AGAIN     

 

 

After the resounding success of the 1st Benoni Country Club 6 hour race, we are now proud to offer our 2nd event with a slightly changed format.

 

We have shortened the event to 4 hours and are starting a little earlier. This will allow cyclists who do not have lights to ride the 1st 2 to 3 hours of the event safely. Finishing earlier will also allow friends and families to enjoy a fabulous evening of food, live entertainment and prize giving well into the night after the finish of the race at this awesome venue.

 

The Race Format.
Mixed jeep and forest singletrack 7km loop.
Race as an individual, team of two or four (Only one team member on the trail at a time).
Most laps wins the categories.

 

Category prizes. Lucky draw prizes. Free themed technical T shirt and a great goody bag.

 

Enjoy the wonderful facilities of the Benoni Country Club. Full food and beverage offerings including the craft beer Green Bar. Live band. Change rooms and shower facilities.

 

We are also excited to include the smaller members of the family in the fabulous Kiddies Halloween Forest Walk.
