Why is like 75% of their products always out of stock...?

I used to buy a lot of stuff from them but now anything I look at is out of stock... And most of the stuff has been out of stock for over a year.

Drive's me mad when online retailers list stuff that is out of stock, and then never update / get new stock. If you're not going to stock than don't list it! :cursing:

For this exact reason I will never buy from them...too many stories of guys paying for stuff and then having to wait weeks for their goods...even if they were cheaper than the other online shops...which they are not

Snap! I also wondered why, at this critical time, they had no stock of several items wanted.

They used to have awesome stock levels and availability.

I had one or two occassions where I bought stuff listed as "in stock" which then wasn't - they did always make a plan which I was happy with, but it was still irritiating.

They've gone downhill in the last year.

Er,a retailer with a online shop or an online shop?

an online shop doesnt need to keep stock...they just have to know what their suppliers have in stock and posts from the suppliers warehouse

Aha! maybe thats why online shopping in RSA is so expensive..someone forgot to tell them this...or maybe they did but havent passed on the benefits entirely...yep thats it

They have always been fast and efficient with my orders.. but to be fair they have had some crazy deals on forks lately, etc.So the new year will probably see stock lvls rise again... with this 27.5 buzzyness

Maybe - but why then advertise products that are "out of stock" and then never have stock, so that the public can't ever purchase them? Its just annoying looking at something I would like to buy (and support a local retailer over a foreign one), but can't do so beacause they're too lazy to either update their website or restock items being advertised...
