I am sure this has been dicussed before. ( Sorry ) I have just returned from the Doc. He is unhappy with the Glucose results from the lab., altough me daily measured count ( fasting ) is okey . I am generally a "good boy " other than consuming regular energy drinks/bar ( and maybe patatoes ) when training/racing. My thoughts were that said intake whould be in and out the system before casing any harm. With respect to my Doc. By the way , I am of Master Class age.

might suit you better than most of the stuff out there. I'm a heavy risk of type 2 diabetes, and this stuff seems to work a treat
