We have been checking up on this for you as well as why we did not receive your email.

It appears that your email was in our Spam folder and blocked because of the size of your email.

It was a 15MB email and the server blocked this.

We just have a report in the spam folder that the email was blocked.

I have always had excellent service from them. However , when I needed to contact them i.r.o. an order for goods that were not in stock at the time of placing the order , I failed to contact them as the window on their website is not user friendly . The fields that I had to complete were not accepting my details , like order confirmation no. , etc .

We have looked into the Contact Page not accepting your details.

It appears that if you leave a space before or after your email address, name, contact number etc the info will not be accepted. We are having this looked into and changed.
