Hey Guys

Please remember Jumpertrax is holding a running event here on Sunday. Its no real problem as they start and finish quite early and don't overlap routes except at the base of Line 2 and the XCO course. So i suggest riding line 1 first, then 2 then should have a free run at the XCO.

Our group will be riding on Saturday

Will be riding the two lines at Hakahana on Saturday if anyone is keen to join.

More or less the same as the attached pic. Might throw in a lap of the XCO trail as well.

Hopefully you're riding these lines in reverse... because those figures don't sound very #enduro to me

Any over only 17.3km!

That is worst than at Avianto (I had those figures over 30km).

You don't consider that this is #Enduro not downhill. You have to ride to the top of the hill, what goes up must come down!

The 17km loop includes the ride from the trail centre to the end of one of the runs which is very flat and has a bit of jeep track. Then from the end of that run you have a big climb to the start (on an actual up route not the down line). From the start of that run you have +/- 2km run down with about 130m drop in elevation. Then you have a transition up to the next run which is quite a climb as well. The second run is +/- 3km long with about 250m drop in elevation. Then there is still the flattish ride back to the trail centre. All that makes up the 17km loop.

Not very #Enduro? Comparing this to Avianto?

Don't be a box, be lekker!

Come and ride the route and then judge

Just to shed some light on the actual runs, not that I trust strava and its numbers to much...

See... much better! You should have opened with those images.

You gotta admit that when interpreted as just numbers it makes the ride look like a short steep slow slog.

People love graphs

I am relaxed, just had a point to communicate, should have used more emoticons to take the edge off...  :whistling:

oh, and it is a slow steep slog! Just has a nice run or two (more runs to follow) to make the slow slog well worth while. Quite a bit of hike a bike for me :whistling:

You also need to take into account the amount of $h!tt we talk before each run down. :P
