Mavic Deemax Dilemma

Hi hubbers,

 

Can anyone PLEASE assist me?

I have a 2005 set of deemax that I want to service. (bearings)

I am struggling to get the bolt on bolt loose on the freebody side?

I insert the allen keys,and the one on the non drive side keeps coming off?

Is there a manner or way that someone else knows.

 

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,but I have googled my fingers pap.

All those links,youtube videos,I've watched them all.

The hub is my last resort.
