how long do I have to wait for an insurance company..?

Hi~ this is DJ who had an accident last week friday.I reported the accident at the police station.And I got a claim number from the driver who opened her car door while I was passing the car by my bicycle.So I called them (discovery insurance company) and theyLet me know another email address so I sent my hospital bills and q qoutation of my bicycle on Wednesday to the email address.  But I sill haven't got any message from the insurance company.

 

How long do I have to wait for the money?(My bike has to have fixed... :'( )

Do I have to do something more..?

 

Ps. Im a foreigner so.. even if my english is bad, please understand me. U definitely know what I want to know now hahaha.

Insurance companies can take 2-3 weeks to pay out.you just need to put pressure on them.
