I got a Sportsman warehouse hydration pack and a pair of first Assent gloves in my Christmas stocking, the strap for the pack that goes around the waist fell off somewhere even before I took it out, the gloves were too padded for my liking so after one use i gave them to my other half. He's used it maybe 4 times, and it's pulled apart at the cuff on the one glove.

Then seams on the one external pocket of the pack came loose, I was frustrated that since I didn't have the cash slip I couldn't take it back so I just sewed it up myself. Last week, while out riding the whole thing came off, one of the straps just came out of the seam.

When I got home i decided to lodge a complaint on their website, and I put one one on first ascent's site as well. SW called me within an hour, asked me to bring the pack in for inspection, I did that and they replaced it, even without a cash slip. I then asked them about the gloves and they said they'd submit it for repair (wasn't too impressed as I think it warrants poor material / workmanship) - but decided to let it slip. FA did contact me the next day, and I just got a call from SW the gloves have been fixed and I can go get them.

So moral of story - just because something is not that expensive, it's still worth complaining.

So moral of story - just because something is not that expensive, it's still worth complaining. Sportmans Warehouse really cares about their customer base, and are eager to retain them and gain new customers. Well done SW.
