I know you can't build while it is dry but when the rain finally arrives we should go up there and do some maintenance especially on Canary and Double-Black diamond and magic carpet. If you don't you WILL be seen as a rogue builder and could be chucked off the land, together with a ban on entry. Best to get all your ducks in a row before you do this.
