The photographer that was hiding in the bushes is a mate of mine - he gave me a CD with all the photos on. The high quality photos are about 3mb each, and the smaller ones are about 60kb. I could make a copy and send it to you or give it to you at a race or something. If you just want the photos that you are in, I could upload them to a website.

Wow, all these options. I think the CD would be cool. Are you going to the Redhill race over the weekend? I'm still deciding if I should ride or not, gonna make that descision later this week. Maybe get it there? If not, there's no rush, just cool to have. Who was the girl that kept saying sorry for the flash? I must apologise to her, I didn't hear what she said the first time and was caught a bit by surprise, I think my language thereafter was not quite what it should be. If you can apologise for me?

I don't particularly feel like working...

I don't think I am going to do Redhill, but I will burn it to CD and give it to you next time I see you.

I will apologise on your behalf - it was either the photographers wife, or mine Smile, but I also said a couple of choice words the first time round...Embarrassed

Cool, thanks man. There's a marathon mtb organised by Tygerberg on the 25th of September? You gonna do that one? How do you feel? My knees hurt like hell yesterday, quite weird, I think it's all the body english twisting them to the side in the singletrack?

Not sure - I long for the anonymity of the peloton. I think I will do a couple of road rides.

A mate (the same one who I was supposed to be racing on Saturday - before you came along) has challenged me to the Mast Challenge.

My back is a little numb still (the downside of riding a hardtail I suppose), and the bits that were sore are now stiff. But otherwise I feel ok. My knees did hurt while riding - definitely the twisting, and possibly the cold, but they seem to be ok now. I must get a pair of knee warmers. The first lap after taking a break was a killer.
