grc Posted August 16, 2019 Posted August 16, 2019 I am building up a commuter with "old" parts, and needed a part that I thought would land up costing me a new set of brakes. I popped into Northcliff to ask if what I wanted was possible. They took the brake/shifter combo and said they would try and make a plan. Yesterday I received the news that a plan was made - all at no cost. What a pleasure dealing with guys who understand my passion and are happy to help out.

Alex very happily pulled an Italian thread BB off one of his new bikes for me when he didn't have stock. Also been very helpful scrounging bolts/spokes etc. for various little fixes when required. AFAIK they're also the only shop around that will machine your 11sp road cluster to fit your 10sp road hub. big value adds
