Idea for SA online stores

Being quite a loyal customer at www.wiggle.co.uk they have a system where you get a client rating based on the amount of purchases you do during the year, eg. silver = x amount, gold = y amount and platinum = z amount....with this client rating comes a discount, eg. silver is 5%, gold is 10% and platinum is 15%...so currently I am a platinum client receiving some good deals.

 

The idea for SA stores why don't you start something like this?

 

Surely if a regular client ends up spending 15k+ a year some discount would be quite a good idea? (5k = silver, 10k = gold and 15k+ = platinum)

 

Not only will this win you some clients over but also keep clients satisfied with some killer deals as they will be buying more and more to get to that discount rating?
