SwissVan Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 Got tubbies on my Zipp 404's and am wondering which type of "in the can sealant" is most reliable when it comes to sealing and inflating the a tubby in the event of a flat during an event or training? In the local shops I've seen Vittoria pitstop and a Geax, both of which have slightly dubious reviews on slowtwitch forum. Does anyone have experience and tips using the above 2 or know of something that works better?

Once you have used one how hard is the tyre do u have to top it up with a co2 cartridge afterwards? I've never yet had to use one on a tubby hence all the noob questions. For some reason the Vittoria pitstop seem to be most popular judging by they are stocked by most of the LBS here
