Harryn, I have all there no's, old and new, I have mailed them from their site, I have dialed 1023. Why don't you seach other forums for Morningside on this site and see that other feel the same as I do. I have had my experience with them, it's been a long and tedious one. Next time your in the shop, ask them about the yeti rebuild kit they were supposed to send me, ask them when I ordered it, ask them if they refunded me the money for it when they never delivered. Don't get yourself too worked up over it, I'm not. I would like my money back though

Don't tell them who you are!!!!! They will send a guy after you that looks like a real Yeti and then you will need to wear a downhill helmet for looks and not safety!

Ok, but seriously, don't use the hub to get revenge or dis a company or product. It can be construed as devaluing the brand or company and then it becomes a legal case. Don't forget that even though you are anonamous, your are probably linked via your email back to yourself and if I am correct, this forum's rules won't offer much protection because you may have broken them already.

I have no involvement or knowledge about MC, but just save yourself more hassle and listen to these guys, I am sure they will help get it sorted for you.

Like I said before, I'm not here to fight, I'm here to find some answers, which I've found. I will continue my quest to sort out my dispute with MSC. I see the road being a long and rocky one, but I have duel suspension, so should be ok - out!

cant comment on their service.. but I thought it was a bit itrresponsible of the sole agents to run out of yeti derailieur hangers before the sani2c (or at any time, actually)
