You can do kieran racing in Japan. You basically go to a school which rides, eats and trains all day and then do races. Like horse racing. Aim for two years at least. And it's tough.

Move to CPT. Train with the locals. Race. Bump up your seeding. Aim for two years at least. And it's tough.

Move to Boulder, CO. Move from Cat5 to Cat1. Aim for two years at least. And it's tough.

Move to Belgium. Sleep in a tent. Race daily. Aim for two years at least. And it's tough. (Not mocking Andy - just emphasizing that bike racing is brutal)

Anyone know of any cycling academies overseas that one could possibly join?

If you ask vague questions I guess you'll get vague answers.

Give us more details. How old are you? How long have you been riding? What races, results? What are your goals / what do you want to achieve? Etc. Etc.

No, not true. They have schools for youngsters too.

And road pros have joined their top schools without any track experience, nevermind Keiren.

There's a lot of tactics involved and very entertaining.
