Spur Trail Series

Hi Guys

 

I just want to find out if anybody has done the Spur Trail Series at Hennopsrivier. I want to enter for the 20km race but can't find much info on the net.

 

I haven't done any trail races before, but I am doing TriRock in Durban and thought that this would be nice to do after TriRock just for the sake of doing something else and not the normal run.

 

I, however, don't want to enter if it is not suitable for a first time runner.

I did the 12km last year and I found it hectic. Plenty of single track and lots of climbing. It is a fun run but it will be a hard after a half IM

I did the trail run a few years back. It is tough in that area. Lots of climbing

Which run would you recommend for during October and/or November
