Get stronger legs,a 11-25 is enough for most hills.

Where, do you know if they have them on sale somewhere?

i have campy 12-29 cassette. used it on the hills in France last year with a compact crank and i was still grinding

At least now I have a partner in crime (slowness )

It really is a crime to go that slow on a roadbike..... :) breaks the rules in a big way.....

it is only on the hills that I am slow.....you should see me decent....I train every December for my descending....

WOW

If it was 1100m in 10km it would be a climb, but 1100m in 24km is only 4.5%, on average, so barely classifies as rolling hills.... slight incline on average maybe..... :) Actually the average is very misleading on that climb.... did it in 2006 during the etape.... was a bit of a hassle because there was a HUGE crash at the front on the decent, and they held up the ride till they cleared the injured..... the following hills were more impressive....

It's only 4% on average - the inclined bits are more like 7% - rode it on a 39/25 which was ok, but in hindsight I should have taken more gears, because it was followed by the col du Telegraph and the Galibier, and then by Alpe de Huez..... a 27 or 28 would have been good for those.
