I had been battling with a clicking noise when applying torque to my low-end mountain bike, and so I had a BB service done by the Complete Cyclist. To my dismay, this had not fixed the problem, and so I was at the shop 30-minutes before opening time on Saturday. A young fellow called Donavan was just opening up, and when I explained my problem, he quickly fitted two second-hand metal pedals, and wished me a pleasant day!

 

Excellent customer service, Good People of the Complete Cyclist! You've bought my loyalty.

My journey of learning to mtb started at complete cyclist. Through various experiences good and bad, Donovan featured in all the good ones. Definitely an asset to Mike and his team - sadly he's not always there - hence I changed my LBS
