Safe areas for ladies to cycle

Good question, but I would like to know where it would be safe to go cycle in Cape Town… alone.

Weekday mornings there are quite a few female riders at Tokai, maybe try and tag along with some of them.

As a guy I don't venture out much on my ace. Find a group of like minded nutters and ride with them. There are plenty around
