Lotus Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 At the "shopping centre" at the north end of Cedar Road in Fourways, around 6h50 this morning. I was heading south with a few other riders when a shot went off. I looked to my left at the parking area, and there was a Metro cop about 20 meters away with a pistol in his hand. There was also a long queue of cars filled with schoolkids on the other side of me, where he was looking. I have to say it was very disconcerting. Are they allowed to randomly discharge their weapons?
