Lezyne pressure drive pump

i bought this pump, nice performance and i like the hose system, no more broken valves. Great,

 

but this is a noise generator. i spent a lot of effort to get my bike as quite as i could now this pump is making so much noise (rattling)

 

 

 

anyone have the same experience. And what did you do to resolve the issue

Pump goes in my camelbak. Hate having stuff attached all over my bike.

A friend has one and it is a loose fit in that frame bracket. Can see it could be noisy. Try adhesive foam in the bracket and use the velcro strap to cinch it down.

As a side note, be careful if the tubes valve core is removable. The Lezyne pumps love removing them when you try and unscrew the pump.

Further investigation showed the hose and the handle is the cause of the rattling. I used a piece of inner tube around the pump body to hold the handle and a thin layer of silicon around the metal hose end. Will have to see if the solutions are clever
