SPECS of ME:

Age: 38

Hight: 180cm

All help directing me in the rite direction will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!

Your heart rate can be loosely analogous to the revs on a car. The higher the HR, the more revs the engine is doing, but not necessarily going any faster.

Training in each of the zones accomplishes a different task. Lower HR work is for building a base and developing the long-distance grunt. Higher HR work is for faster, more intense sections.
