I have a MapMyFitness course here A MapMyFitness route here (you can download a gpx and a kml from this link) Then I've also made a few Garmin Course tcx files which can be uploaded to your Garmin via Training Center. These files are not ideal as they don't have elevation data and they are even paced right throughout.
