Hey guys little clueless on this topic.

Im wanting to change out my front fork for something with a little bit more travel.

Is it as simple as finding a fork I want and swapping it out, or is this going to be dangerous for the geometry of the frame?

The bike at the moment is GIANT ANTHEM X1

Below is the geometry stats

Size Head Angle Seat Angle Top Tube Reach Head Tube Stack Chain Stay Wheel Base Standover Height cm Degrees Degrees cm cm cm cm cm cm cm M (18) 71 73 59.5 N/A 13 N/A 42.5 107.9 80.5

My current fork is Fox F100 RL-11, tapered steerer, QR15, 100mm travel, remote lock out

Any advise or suggestions will be greatly appreciated

You can do it. I wouldn't go too bos, but rather keep it to a max of 120 / 130mm on the Anthem. The good news is that this is being done on the current Anthem anyway, in the guise of the Anthem X.

You'll have a bit of a higher front end, and a slightly relaxed head angle compared to stock, but the height issue is easily sorted with the use of a few spacers or a flat bar / stem combo.
