I stripped the silly alloy bolt (I now know what people mean when they say something is made of cheese) on my hope seat collar and was fully ready to buy a whole new one since I wanted qr anyway. Well they informed me that I could just buy the bolt and lever. So I got the part for half what it could have cost me to do the whole thing. Plus. I phoned them around 9 and picked it up at 1 despite them not having it in stock. Just nice to be offered the cheaper option for a change.
