A suspect riding a cycle in plumstead was chased and apprehended after he failed to obey a SAPS member instruction to stop. He was propmtly arrested for being in Possession of Presumed Stolen Property, as he could not satisfactorily acount for where he obtained the expensive looking blue Giant cycle. Further he provided SAPS with a false residential address, one that when SAPS went to check, found did not exist".
sometime Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 I had a blue and black Giant Anthem stolen in Nieu Bethesda last night. Bit far from Plumstead but worth a call to SAPS. Thanks for the heads up!
